  • 1 cup sourdough discard
  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp butter

Steps

  1. 1.Mix discard, egg, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. 2.Add baking soda and salt, stir gently.
  3. 3.Cook on a medium-hot buttered skillet, 2–3 min per side.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup discard
  • 1 stick butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar

Steps

  1. 1.Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and discard.
